Equipment

At Adirondack Athletics, LLC we rent and sell only the BEST equipment.  We deal solely in SPALDING and SCHELDE Equipment, long recognized as the two best brands on the market.  We pride ourselves on giving our customers the right equipment for the level of play they are experiencing.  We have the three (3) basic sizes in stock at all times.  Whether you want a 5' safe runout space to use for a 3-on-3 or youth tournament or a 10'-8" safe run out for the highest level college or professional play - we have it.  Call for pricing for rental or sale.

Most of our backstops are WHITE with BLACK padding.  While it is not cost effective to change the color of the base, for a slight upcharge we can change the color of the padding to match a theme or a school/venue color.  See the list below for answers to most questions you might have about what size to use where, does it fit my floor, does it adjust in height, how big is it, etc.

5' Safe Run Out

Dependent upon what we have in our warehouse when you need the backstop, you may be receiving a BPI3000 or a G5 both by SPALDING and both with the 5' safe run out.

8' Safe Run Out

When you determine that you need an 8' Run Out (required as minimum run out for High School and College level Official Games) we have available the following SPALDING models.  The BPI3800, BPI8000, G8 and the Arena 8 by SPALDING and the SAM 8 by SCHELDE backstops are available.  While they all meet the minimum safe run out required, they are each designed for a different level of play.  The first three are perfect for High School level play while the Arena 8 and SAM 8 are designed for NBA/ Division I level of play.

10'-8" Safe Run Out

When you determine that you need a full 10'-8" of safe run out space (required  run out for University and Professional play), we have available the following SPALDING models.  The BPI10000 and the Arena 10 backstops.  While they meet the minimum safe run out required, they both are designed for a Division I/NBA level of play.  These units are very heavy and are more difficult to set up, but they are also the safest backstops available.
